There are a number of formulae that can help improve memory and mental recall:

1.  Do Practice active recall: Try to recall information instead of just re-reading it. For example, if you are studying for an exam, try to answer questions about the material from memory instead of just reading over notes. 2. Make connections: Try to connect always your previous knowledge to new knowledge with simple logic.  Connect new information to previous knowledge or experiences. This helps to create meaningful associations and makes the new information easier to remember.

3. Use memory aids:  Close your eyes and visualize your thought on any subject to remember. Mnemonic devices and visual aids can help to create stronger associations and links in the brain. For example, using an acronym to remember a list of items or creating a visual picture to represent an idea.

4. Get enough sleep:  According to different expert sleep is the best medicine for everyone .A good night’s sleep is important for memory consolidation and retention. Try to get 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Always maintain your sleep timing.

5.  Keep yourself organized:  Always stay organized in everything .Keeping your environment organized can help reduce stress and improve focus, which can in turn help with memory. Focus on your priority and list all the work to be done daily, weekly and monthly basis .Plan your monthly calendar.

6.  Do Exercise regularly:  The best way to improve your memory is to exercise regularly. Exercise has been shown to improve memory, as it increases oxygen flow to the brain and can promote the growth of new brain cells. Don’t be too lazy.

7. Avoid  distractions: Now a day’s distraction is more which makes your mind more confused. Try to reduce distractions when studying or trying to remember something by turning off your phone, closing unnecessary tabs on your computer, or finding a quiet space to work.

8. Apply mindfulness:   Always practice Mindfulness .Mindfulness techniques like deep breathing or meditation can help reduce stress and improve focus, which can also improve memory retention. Whatever you do , think rationally.

MEMORY IS THE MOTHER IF WISDOM. WITHOUT MEMORY THERE WOULD BE NO CIVILIZATION, NO SOCIETY , NO FUTURE.
